- 2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon whole cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 lemon sliced
- Optional: 1/4 cup brandy or rum for an adult version
Combine apple cider, orange juice, and pineapple juice in a large pot.
Add cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg to the pot.
Add the lemon slices to the pot.
Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
If desired, stir in brandy or rum before serving.
Strain the Wassail to remove the spices and lemon slices.
Serve warm.
