- 4 oz dark rum
- 2 oz brandy
- 4 cups hot milk
- Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks with the powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and vanilla extract until light and creamy.
Gently fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites.
In two mugs, divide the rum and brandy evenly.
Add two scoops of the batter to each mug.
Slowly pour hot milk into each mug, stirring gently to combine.
Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg and serve immediately.
