Strawberry Kiss Cookies: A Delectable Treat

Ingredients
  

  • 1 box strawberry cake mix
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses unwrapped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a dough forms.
  • Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft.
  • Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  • Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature.
  • Freeze the dough for easy make-ahead cookies!
  • For extra flavor, add ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
  • Make it extra festive by rolling the dough in powdered sugar before baking.
