Strawberry Kiss Cookies: A Delectable Treat
Soft and chewy Strawberry Kiss Cookies made with strawberry cake mix and topped with a Hershey’s Kiss. An easy and delicious treat for any occasion!
Ingredients
- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses unwrapped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a dough forms.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft.
- Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days at room temperature.
