- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 large eggs
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 24 Hershey’s Kisses unwrapped
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, and vegetable oil. Stir until a dough forms.
Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the cookies are set but still soft.
Remove from oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
