  • 1 pound asparagus spears trimmed
  • 8 slices prosciutto
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss asparagus spears with olive oil and season with black pepper.
  • Wrap each asparagus spear bundle (2-3 spears) with a slice of prosciutto.
  • Place the wrapped asparagus on a baking sheet and roast for 15 minutes, or until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
  • Let cool slightly for 5 minutes before serving.
