- 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
- 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
- 1 tbsp brown sugar white sugar or honey as substitutes
- 2 tbsp heavy cream lightly whipped
- Coffee beans or cocoa powder for garnish
Brew a fresh cup of hot coffee.
Add brown sugar to a heatproof glass or mug and pour in the hot coffee. Stir until dissolved.
Stir in the Irish whiskey.
Gently float the lightly whipped cream on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon.
Garnish with coffee beans or a sprinkle of cocoa powder. Serve immediately.
