- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing blue cheese dressing as a substitute
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Sliced green onions for garnish
- Celery sticks tortilla chips, or crackers for serving
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir until well combined.
Fold in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
Remove from the oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve hot with chips or vegetables.
