- 1 ripe avocado sliced
- 1/2 red onion thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
