  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper optional
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange fries in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let cool slightly before serving.

    • Make sure to cut the fries evenly for the best results.
    • You can soak the sweet potatoes in water for 30 minutes before baking to remove excess starch and improve crispiness.
