Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, thyme, and rosemary
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped herbs.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the mustard herb mixture evenly over each breast.
