Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit berries, mango, etc.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the Greek yogurt and honey (if using). Mix well.
  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.

Notes

    • Can be stored in the freezer for up to 1 month.
    • If using frozen fruit, thaw slightly before pressing into yogurt.
    • Best enjoyed straight from the freezer to prevent melting.
    • For extra sweetness, mix a mashed banana into the yogurt before spreading.
    • Experiment with toppings like coconut flakes or chia seeds.
